Really nice throughout, but giant containers were visible outside the window near the car park.

I couldn’t use the spa because the Jacuzzi was out of service, which was unacceptable for my wife’s and my wedding anniversary; the staff told me to email their complaints instead of helping me. The room was awful—shower leaked and water pressure was nonexistent. They had promised to decorate for our anniversary, but nothing was done. When I mentioned it to reception, they merely said it had been looked into. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Staff, room, spa.

The room was comfy, and the bar area felt relaxed enough to eat dinner there instead of heading to the restaurant; breakfast was solid with plenty of good options. Nothing else to note.
