The location. It was just a few blocks from the boardwalk. Greetings. I HAD BEDBUGS ON MY BED.! I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE 5 I FOUND AND SHOWED THE PROPERTY MANAGER! HE HAD THE ADASITY TO TELL ME TO SLEEP IN THE OTHER BED KNOWING THAT BEDBUGS SPREAD AND I DIDN'T WANT ANY IN MY CLOTHES!!! I CONSTANTLY KEPT ASKING FOR ANOTHER ROOM!! HE WAITED ALL WHOLE ANOTHER DAY TO EXCHANGE ROOMS! I SUGGEST YOU GET THE WHOLE HOTEL EXTERMINATED BEFORE YOU HAVE ANY GUEST!! TAMMY E HAMILTON [email protected] 😠

The spot was decent, a bit in the neighborhood, the place was clean, everything was fine that day, and the staff were friendly, yet the complimentary breakfast was just a pack of muffins, a mini Sunny D, and a brown bag—no bagels, orange juice, or coffee like a typical hotel would offer. I had booked a smoking room online, but the front desk claimed it wasn't in the system and handed us a smoking room that was practically the size of the bathroom, cramped and cluttered. On top of that, this is my third year staying here and the pool still hasn't opened—what's happening with that?
