We got excellent value for money, but the room had a slight odor and needed better ventilation.

I was really disappointed by the reception services; they told me to bring my own food even though I was sick.

The stay was really pleasant and I had a wonderful time; the service was decent. Mr. Tarun was very kind and cooperative, helping things get done quickly.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and I want to thank Mr. Tarlin at reception for his assistance, special treatment, and for making every customer feel valued with a constant smile—big thanks, Tarlin.
