“A short but sweet visit!”

The hotel sits on a very quiet street but is really close to the main centre of Veliko Tarnovo, within walking distance of everything. The staff were lovely, the room was simple, functional, and very clean.

“Avoid this hotel”

Where do I start? First, this place isn’t a hotel at all; it’s more like a social housing block with a few rooms for rent. If you’re a woman traveling alone or with a child, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. At night, around 13 people gathered outside the building, drinking, blasting loud music, and gambling, creating a very unsafe atmosphere. The noise was constant all night, with people screaming and slamming doors. In the early morning, they started blasting music through speakers, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, the bed sheets were dirty when I arrived. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay.

“Приятна изненада”

Clean, quiet, and very well located. The bed was extremely comfortable. The price/quality ratio exceeded my expectations. I would gladly visit again.
