The location in Carquefou’s industrial zone was good, the bedding was high quality, and the reception was polite. Breakfast was too basic, and the parking made noise at night for a ground‑floor room.

The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the nearby restaurants were nice. The first room had a tobacco smell, but the staff were available and responsive in changing it for me. Breakfast was not exceptional, with limited choices that did not match either current standards or the price.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice; breakfast was adequate. The door would slam loudly early in the morning.

The cleanliness was fine. The email with the hotel access code was not sent to us, the heating didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the water was either very cold or scalding, and the parking was not secure (kept open all the time).
