The location was excellent, just a five‑minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and the cleanliness was meticulous. We’ll be back.

The mattress wasn’t bad and the room was spacious, but street noise, conversations, and the tram were audible through the old windows. The building entrance was dirty and smelled bad, and there was no soundproofing—other guests could hear doors opening and closing. The apartment looked worn and poorly repaired, more like a converted office than a bedroom.
