The stay was absolutely wonderful—highly recommend! The hotel is stunning, impeccably maintained, and the service is outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel comfortable at all times. A special thanks to Michael at reception for his exceptional friendliness, assistance, and professionalism; it’s clear he genuinely cares about guests’ well‑being. We’ll definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

“Wohlfühl Erlebnis in phantastischem Ambiente.”

Lage und Ausstattung sind einmalig. Hinzu sehr gute, abwechslungsreiche Küche und geschultes, freundliches Personal. Besonders möchte ich den Restaurant Manager erwähnen; Mr. Mahmoud Harby hat durch seine professionelle Präsenz, Freundlichkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft wesentlich zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen. “Sehr schönes Hotel mit top Strand und Hausriff”

Unser erster Aufenthalt in Hurghada / Sahl Hasheesh war grandios. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist eine super schöne Oase. Top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Essen sehr gut (Büffet). Service sehr gut. Der Strand echt erstklassig mit schönen Liegen und Schirmen inkl. Das Hausriff wunderschön mit vielen Fischen. —

Martina at the SPA delivers cosmetic treatments with angelic hands and a wonderful personality. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any cosmetic work, manicures, or nail care; she’s incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive, doing a superb job. Nana’s Thai massage was equally impressive—extremely professional, relaxing, and executed with great skill and focus. You can immediately tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. The experience from start to finish was delightful, and both Martina and Nana made my spa visits truly special. Absolutely recommended!
