The place was clean, but there was no bathtub, the power went out, and they forgot to leave a toothbrush or toothpaste.

Breakfast was fine; it was convenient to start the day without heading out, but room service was lacking – only towels were swapped, coffee had to be refilled by the front desk, which I appreciated.
“Great stay, less scented cleaner would have made it perfect.”
Check‑in went smoothly, but the whole group noticed an overwhelming smell of cleaner; it was heavily scented and made my throat hurt.

The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn’t very clean, the cleaning crew didn’t do a good job, and they sometimes charged your card twice or even three times.
