The hotel is in a wonderful location, surrounded by fairy‑tale mountains. Staff very friendly. Best spot for hikes and reachable by car to Semmering or Mariazell. I had booked elsewhere before but I'm glad I cancelled that Semmering stay. The village is the most beautiful spot, hotel best located. We'll be returning guests.

The room was really great, but unfortunately not all outdoor kids areas were available for splashing (exactly what I booked for… my son loves water fountains but that one was out of service).

The rooms were nice, breakfast good, and the staff very friendly. The pool was closed, but it needs a review. Bad luck.
