It was truly sensational; nothing was missing. The hotel is extremely quiet, and I will definitely book it again. I give it full praise. The only negative point is that smoking was allowed in the hotel, which really bothered me. I am a patient at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital with a lung condition, so I had to deduct a point.

I liked everything: convenient location, all the amenities of a 5‑star hotel. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely come back for a third.

The luxurious room and bathroom were wonderful, and the location right next to the bus station was ideal for catching my breath after a long journey. There were very few guests, and the check‑in took quite a while. The room was not cleaned on the second day.

Not too bad, but the system was poorly managed. I had booked well in advance, yet on the day of arrival the reservation was suddenly cancelled, leaving me completely unprepared.
