The hotel was clean and quiet, but it was too far from the ski lifts and taxis cost 20 lev.

The hotel will pleasantly surprise you – tucked between trees, freshly renovated, modest yet well‑maintained. The restaurant food is tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff, the biggest asset of the hotel, are smiling and responsive. There’s a sauna and a steam room. We liked the stylish lobby and the wooden terrace with wooden chairs for relaxing. However, there are some minor details that don’t require major investment but would improve guest comfort, such as the showers in the spa area – a small investment would replace them. Another issue, not the hotel’s fault, occurred on 8/9 Feb 2025 when a large group stayed in the hotel’s apartments and repeatedly reminded staff that they were the manager’s guests. The children were extremely noisy in the restaurant, using walkie‑talkies to communicate over each other’s metres. It was unpleasant and intolerable for the other adults and children in the restaurant. Guests should not abuse hospitality; I hope this review is read and the behaviour corrected in the future.
