The place had been refurbished and was suitable accommodation with all necessary facilities; we were allowed to change bedrooms. However, we found many untidy areas, plastic‑wrapped kitchenware, crockery still with labels, and a cramped bed that didn't leave enough room for our feet. Noise was a problem when staying in a roadside room, a light bulb was missing in our room, sawdust was left on the kitchen floor, and we had to deal with an abusive guest in room number 1. Overall, the place lacked a lived‑in feel and the cleaners behaved unprofessionally – I saw them tossing linen up the stairs, letting it roll back down, and dropping keys on the floor right in front of me while working. Although all the modern conveniences were present, there was no recycling or compost facility, which matters for guests and the environment. We tried to tell the manager and his helper Jonny about our bad experiences, and they heard us; we hope certain improvements can be made soon.
