“Excellent accommodation in a very convenient location with great hosts.”
The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. We ate in a room overlooking the garden, but the garden slopes up from the house, so we couldn’t see the countryside views. Our hosts Karl and Carol were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. A little more choice for breakfast would have been nice, though for four days it wasn’t too important. Still, the breakfast was good.

Secure, very spacious rooms. Extremely clean and comfortable. Fresh milk in a fridge. Great breakfast. Off‑road parking. Friendly and efficient hosts. Glorious coastal walks nearby. Fabulous pub just down the road with amazing food. The only downside was that we had only booked 2 nights!

Great location, Whitby a short bus ride away and the bus stop a minutes walk from the property. Nicely placed for roaming the Moors and Robin Hood’s Bay.
Karl and Carol are very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent and our room was really big and comfortable. Very quiet at night. The bus stop for Whitby or Scarborough was only a few yards away and the local pub/restaurant just a 5‑minute walk. Will definitely look to staying there again.
