I made a reservation and when I arrived they told me everything was canceled. That’s disrespectful. The lack of organization is a major issue.

The place feels like a calm retreat—perfect for unwinding, but the Villeta entrance is a bit rough and not as pleasant as the rest of the stay.

The food was solid, but the reception had us sign a waiver saying they’re not responsible for lost items in your car or room. That made me feel uneasy about the place.
