You can fill up bottled water and ice on your own, but the well water smells bad, the bathtub water turns yellow when filled, and the coffee maker’s cord is too short to reach the back of the machine for refilling.

The room was clean, yet the old hotel could use an upgrade. The mattress was uneven and sagging, the room was heavily fragranced, and the cords for the TV, microwave, and refrigerator look unsafe.

I loved how centrally located it was in Jacksonport; we could walk to the beach and several restaurants.

The place was very clean, had a nice location, and received upgrades at no extra cost, with nothing negative to mention.

Close to the lake and park. Check in at the bar next door
