The staff members are always helpful and friendly, but the toilet has an unpleasant urine smell and the bed is very old and noisy.

The photos on the website do not match reality. A huge scam! And no refund even though we only stayed one night.

Nothing positive. The whole place, shared toilets, price too high for a place of that nature.

“A place of comfort while visiting Cape town”

It exceeded all my expectations; it was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed! Everything was perfect: the room was spotless and cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful. Every detail, from the décor to the service, showed care and thoughtfulness. I even had phone issues and the staff fixed my phone within a few minutes. I felt completely at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely come back. The only drawback was that I had to open the main gate myself with the remote because I sometimes return late at night.

Exactly as advertised – clean and quiet. Better signage would help.
