The hotel was on our way! The room was fine but very rustic.

well, we showed up passed 4pm, our room wasn't ready despite it saying 3pm check in. They said it would be a few hours to get our room. Which didn't work for us, as we were attending a wedding and needed the room to get ready. I decided to call to complain and see if they can get our room ready sooner or give us a discount for our troubles, as we weren't very pleased. I have traveled my entire life and have never had this happen. decided to cancel our room, despite me telling them at least SIX times that I didn't want it canceled. We showed up at the hotel, they gave our room away. was going on and on about how they will pay $50 some dollar difference when we book a new hotel, despite me advising them for the 100th time, that there ARE NO OTHER ROOMS, every hotel was FULLY BOOKED, this is why I asked them NOT to cancel our room!!!!! Needless to say, we ended up sleeping in our damn car that night. I will never try to stay in Kapuskasing again. And I always book with and I will NEVER be using this platform again

When I arrived, the staff were very nice and friendly and explained everything clearly; the room was clean, and the morning staff were also friendly and helpful. I’ll book here again the next time I travel through Kapuskasing. The only little annoyance was that the towels were too small.

The location was fine, but the air conditioner in my room was broken. The staff handed me a fan for the night and promised a technician would fix it the next day, but nobody showed up. Additionally, the cleaning crew left my room door propped open onto the hallway.
