The bed and bath were new and relatively clean, but the staff were terribly unhelpful, the bed had plenty of dust mites that bit my face and feet while I slept, there were too many confusing keys before entering, and having to use an app was a hassle.

I really appreciated the warm welcome and the staff’s constant friendliness and readiness; the room was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, as were the common areas, and the location was super convenient for getting around Rome and reaching the main parts of the city, with no negative aspects to note and the property fully meeting my expectations.

The spot’s location is excellent for pastries, bars, restaurants, and a short walk to the Colosseum and city sights, but the shower tray can slip when wet, and I’m not sure how the hosts could fix that.

The spot’s location is spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from the Colosseum and within easy reach of the metro and bus lines, so getting around Rome is a breeze. The room itself was immaculate and the overall stay felt truly wonderful—quiet and peaceful after a long day of sightseeing, perfect for a relaxing night. The self‑check‑in system was sleek, straightforward, and worked without a hitch. All in all, a fantastic experience I’d definitely recommend.
