OREA Spa Hotel Cristal

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and very good, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was large and modern, and the bed was equipped with very good mattresses – our group of four people felt well taken care of and had nothing to complain about!

The hotel is centrally located. However, the entire property is 30 years old with significant wear and tear and limited functionality. The underground parking exit is narrow with a high curb that can damage wheels. The sauna is very small, the infrared cabin is broken and unusable. The breakfast selection is of moderate quality.

We have stayed at this hotel more than once and do not regret our choice; the staff are very polite, and a special thanks to the chef for his hard work – the food is very tasty. It would have been nice to have evening entertainment programs for guests, but that isn’t mandatory for everyone, and otherwise THANK YOU to the staff for their friendliness. It’s clear they love their job. My husband found the mattress a bit firm, but that’s a matter of personal preference and not really a drawback.

“Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Personal!”

It was a wonderful stay! We especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The ladies in the restaurant were simply fantastic, and the reception staff always welcomed us warmly. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was exceptionally tasty and varied! Otherwise everything was wonderful! Many thanks to the whole team! We’ll gladly return! The only small downside: the power outlets in the room were somewhat inconveniently placed. 😄

The hotel’s cleanliness, central location, friendly staff, and underground parking were all positives. The street noise and the opposite Shisha bar were not pleasant, the beds creaked, and the mattresses were very hard.
