They never even looked at my reservation, so I had to scramble and find another hotel last minute.

The staff were super friendly, but the room was drenched in humidity. The beds were comfy, but the dampness was intense. As an occupational health doc, I can say it wasn't ideal—otherwise I'd have stayed longer.

Clean as a whistle, but the power outlets were way too high to plug in my phone. Other than that, everything matched what I’d seen online.

No breakfast, bathroom was just average, room had no ventilation, and the service was mediocre. I didn’t like it at all; it didn’t live up to what I expected.
