The location was great, close to the Amtrak Station, and the staff were very professional and friendly. Devin at the restaurant was especially nice and helpful.

We were overcharged for a night with added breakfast fees that we never requested or used. Their communication consists only of auto‑responses, and they never address individual needs or cases.
