The location was good. We couldn’t enter the terrace area because it was being remodelled, and I think it’s important to mention such details at the time of booking, especially when you’re booking for the view.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. The overall stay wasn’t pleasant, mainly because the receptionists didn’t speak English. What made the experience particularly frustrating was their complete lack of effort to communicate. When they realized there was a language barrier, the receptionist simply stood there staring at me without trying to use a translation app or find another way to talk. Another odd inconvenience was having to leave an ID at reception just to borrow a hairdryer, which was only available until a specific time. I have never encountered such a policy in any other hotel. Combined with the lack of effort to overcome the language barrier, this made the stay unnecessarily inconvenient.

The place is good, but there’s room for improvement, especially the bathroom space which feels a bit tight.
