The location was good and the deluxe room was fine. My request for a free upgrade was granted. Cleanliness and maintenance were poor, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom, the staff didn’t speak English well, and the breakfast was badly organized.

A solid city hotel with nice, helpful staff and decent breakfast. The room felt cramped; a hair dryer, extra toilet paper, bath towel, etc. were available but had to be ordered separately and at an extra cost. The staff’s limited English made communication somewhat difficult. The location isn’t ideal.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the excellent shuttle service to Malioboro and the incredibly helpful and courteous staff. They made sure I felt right at home during my stay.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a popular Indonesian artist's restaurant nearby. However, the towels had an unpleasant odor for two consecutive days, and the bed sheets had some stains, although they were changed and the issue persisted. Despite these issues, the service staff were friendly and accommodating.
