The lady greeted us nicely, but the air conditioning was weak and the hot water in the shower was dirty.

The location was great, the bathroom was clean and nice, and there were cakes and juice left in the fridge, yet the lack of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable in the heat because the fan was quite weak.

The hospitality was good and the hotel is close to the city center, but the room was very hot without any air conditioning.

The location was strategic, the room was very cozy, and the staff were especially helpful, though adding air conditioning would have made it perfect.
