A private balcony provides a quiet street view. The room sleeps four on two large double beds and can accommodate an additional crib. It includes a private bathroom with a spa bath and sauna, air‑conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with streaming services, and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle.

Garden views are visible from the room, which also includes a private sauna. The space features an extra‑large double bed for two guests, a fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator and microwave, and a seating area with a flat‑screen TV offering streaming services. The en‑suite bathroom provides a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers and a safe deposit box, while an electric kettle is available for refreshments.

The location is unbeatable, right in the Gion district, which I think is the best.

The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and featured an enzyme beauty bath that I tried for the first time – it was fantastic! However, our party of four had booked a four‑person room, yet we were given a double room with an extra bed, resulting in four single beds cramped together, and our suitcases had to be spread out, nearly blocking the hallway.
Everything was excellent, absolutely everything was wonderful: staff, facilities, location, cleanliness, food, everything extraordinary.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the location was great and the room was comfortable. We had a private sauna which was lovely. The breakfast each morning was fabulous. Nothing to note.
