I was disappointed by the lack of a private toilet, the poor Wi‑Fi, and the absence of a lift, so I declined the room and checked out immediately, now awaiting a refund from this lousy place.

The staff were friendly and helped with my luggage, the location is great—close to the metro, a shopping center with a large food court, and a park within walking distance.

The staff downstairs were drinking and partying, the reception smelled bad, and the room was dirty and stank.
