The staff were very friendly, yet the sofa bed didn’t meet our expectations; the mattress was stained, looked dirty, and the smell upon entering the building was so strong that my daughter had an anxiety attack.

The location and customer service were good, everything was spotless and we felt right at home.

The different eggs offered at breakfast Tabitha was very helpful and takes great pride on her work. Very friendly staff. I thought I booked a kitchen with a range (oven capabilities). The said yes, but it was a microwave oven, 2 totally different appliances. I made do and cooked at my son's place rather than coming back to the hotel

The 2 bedroom situation was nice. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Bathroom needs to be updated to higher sink. The couch might be a pullout for when needed. Went downstairs and no "waters" in the little store and just very unaware of what may be needed. The pool area was not very inviting
