“I regretted this place the first time and regretted a second visit.”
The location is great, with restaurants and a convenience store just a short walk away, and the staff are very positive and friendly, and the linens were fresh. I booked this room through Travelocity, a service similar to the one I used before, and I remembered that my previous stay there was disappointing, so I really didn’t like the room this time. When I arrived I could have kicked myself for choosing this hotel, but the friendly desk worker put me back in the same room. Even though there had been an update in the room from my previous visit, some issues were still left unaddressed the second time. The new complaint is that outside the window on the second floor, workers gathered to work on a vehicle, drank, and I smelled marijuana; they were drinking until past 11 PM. The security doors didn’t latch, so anyone could enter the hotel. I will never return. I made my disappointment clear to the management previously, but this time it wasn’t worth saying anything; nothing gets done.
