The hotel is very well placed in Fukuoka, quiet and clean, but the room and bathroom feel quite small.

The location and cleanliness were unquestionably excellent, but the air‑conditioning in the room didn’t work at all – even with the fan set to maximum at 18 °C no cold air came out, so the room stayed warm and was truly uncomfortable; maintenance should look into this.
