“毎年白浜海岸の海水浴の前泊で利用させてもらっています。”

The room was spacious and the view was great, and being able to use the pool before check‑in kept the kids from getting bored. The boys’ changing room door in the pool area was broken, so strangers could walk in while people were changing, which was really unpleasant. The cramped changing room seemed to be shared or used in turns, but no clear rules were set, which could cause trouble. The elevator right in front of the changing room opened and closed repeatedly, making it uncomfortable; the door couldn't be locked and was inward‑opening, so people could suddenly open it and make the already tight space feel even worse.

The view was wonderful, the room felt spacious and the bathroom was large and pleasant, but the tub floor was slippery and the wooden decking inside the bath was damaged with exposed nails.

Breakfast and dinner food were excellent and the staff were helpful. The pool was superb, and both onsens were clean and offered a relaxing way to start or end the day. The room was roomy and the ocean view from the room was spectacular. Still, a bit more variety in the food would be nice. The lobby looked amazing, but other areas show age; hallway carpets were torn or stained in places, and our room carpet had a large stain.

The front desk was helpful and staff were on hand; the lobby felt roomy and comfy, and the meals and breakfast were decent. The room and décor felt outdated, there was no hot water at the sink, and rust appeared on various parts of the bathroom.
