The property is large, clean, and organized, but the room description promised a “pool view” and the photo showed that view, yet the room itself had no such view and no relocation was offered, which was quite disappointing.

Almost everything was fine, except that checking in at 15 HS was inconvenient.

The food is good and the staff are very attentive, but when we arrived there was a lot of construction that disrupted our rest with noise and some areas were closed; I wish they’d let us know beforehand so we could choose a quieter spot or postpone our trip, since the goal was to relax.
