I found my time at Retiro 84 to be very comfortable, and the real highlight was the team's welcome. Special thanks to Andrea and Alejandra, who were wonderful, courteous, friendly, and always ready to help with skill and kindness. The location is super convenient, just a few meters from Zona T, full of restaurants, shops, and malls, and the area is safe to walk even at night. The room was cozy, the shower great, and Wi‑Fi fast. The à la carte breakfast was tasty, always with fresh fruit, juice, hot drinks, and a dish option like scrambled eggs and toasted bread. It’s a compact hotel, but still comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely return and recommend it.

Andrea and Sirley are incredibly attentive and go to great lengths to make your stay pleasant. They respond to guests’ requests in a very helpful manner. They deserve all the praise for treating us outstandingly throughout the week.

“Excelente hotel”

Everything was amazing. Excellent location in a very nice part of Bogotá, delicious breakfast and great value for money. I especially want to highlight Sirley, Alejandra and Ricardo, who were always super kind, attentive and eager to help. They made our stay even more special. With staff like that, you really want to go back to Colombia and, of course, return to this hotel. 🇨🇴❤️ Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
