I booked a suite that turned out to be a large one‑bedroom apartment and I liked the spot near the stadium and Bourbon Street, but the pull‑out mattress was dirty and smelled bad; the front desk staff were short‑skirted and argumentative the first night, refusing to move us to another room or give extra blankets, and I had to beg for help the next morning—definitely should have gone elsewhere.

The location is fantastic and the room is very spacious, but the breakfast was awful and the staff were slow to respond.
