“Tellement déçue !”
The bedding was fine, but everything else was a disappointment. I didn’t receive the triple room I had booked; instead I got a very standard double for the same price (photos available if needed). I expect a refund for that. The room had broken items: a mirror, a shower tap, a sink lock, a wall outlet near a water point with exposed conductors, a large dent in the bathroom door, a towel with a hole in the middle and torn, and shower gel holders that were empty. No front‑desk staff were present when we arrived; we had to call a number from the sidewalk in the cold. A man later arrived, not very presentable, and let us into the reception area, which was dark and closed, not welcoming at all. He didn’t show us the room and didn’t accompany us to check in. In the morning, there was no one to handle departures; we had to leave the key on the desk.
