The buildings and greenery are nice, but the place is run down and the staff isn’t friendly at all.

Because the hotel is on the golf course grounds, it’s perfect if you’re there for golf! The only downside is that you have to climb stairs to reach the 2F, which is a bit of a hassle with a golf bag.

The property is very quiet and the golf course lovely, but it’s extremely expensive for 18 holes of golf, and the food at the restaurant was awful.

The hotel is all about the vastness of the golf course and the incredible grounds, so big that it takes about 20 minutes by bike to reach the sea. I often stay there.

The golf course is well maintained and decent, not overly difficult. The caddies are okay but speak little English, and the course is easily reachable from the room. The driving range is huge and excellent. However, the overall room and facility equipment feels outdated, and the room’s air conditioning is annoyingly loud; attempts to fix it failed. Service at the clubhouse was slow, drinks and dishes were overpriced and low quality, and the coffee was inedible. As a resident, the green fee of 2600 Thb including cart and caddy (plus tip) was acceptable, whereas the regular price tops 5000 Thb, which I think is too high. In short, I won’t go back; there are much better courses on Phuket.
