I missed breakfast because I was rushing to work, but I had an amazing steak on Sunday evening that was unbelievable. Everything else was perfect; I didn’t find any fault, and the only thing I’d say is that if I hadn’t had to work the next day, I would have stayed another night.

The staff were friendly, but the place needs a full renovation. The room was dreadful—small, low ceiling, constant corridor noise from other guests, and a bathroom that looked like the 70s. It’s hard to see how it earns a 4‑star rating; it deserves no more than 2.

The common areas were lovely and clean, and the room was super comfortable. The staff were exemplary. I had planned to use the leisure facilities, which looked great, but I didn’t have time. I arrived about 10 minutes past 8 PM and couldn’t get any food. A luggage cart and bellman would have been nice.
