The room was clean, good value for money, and the staff were friendly. The air‑conditioner leak was quickly fixed and I was moved to another room. However, there was no seating area downstairs, so we could only eat in our room. We checked in via the hotel’s kiosk because the reception was closed, and a few days later we discovered we still owed €14 in tourist tax, which was fine. Unfortunately, the hotel lady was rude when we tried to cooperate and translate messages, which was unpleasant.
