“Buiten heel mooi”
The breakfast was okay, but the pistolees were already on the table, so they were gone. There was still a loaf of bread you could cut. Fresh fruit came in a small pot, yogurt also in a small pot. The owners were friendly but a bit reserved. It’s a heritage building, so very old but with some details still needing attention. Outside is beautiful, with pear trees, grapes, lavender, nicely laid out. The owners eat breakfast with guests, a nice little egg. The honesty bar was pretty expensive. More fresh fruit and yogurt would be nice. More than two pistolees per person would be better. Spider webs were in various places in the stairwell and the room. The bathroom finish could be better; we removed the bath mat and the grill came loose. The fire alarm in the room was removed. On the coffee table were homemade ceramic items, which were for sale with a price tag, so there was no space to put anything tasty or a drink. There were a lot of mosquito problems at night in the room, little sleep, but one hour in the windows, there was a fly swatter. Worn-out chairs and table in the garden to sit on.
