The place was very clean and comfortable. The metro was just around the corner, about 500 m away, and there was a shopping center with several food options, plus the beach was very close with a nice park for walking. Breakfast was lovely, with a slight variation each day; there was no open buffet, but the food was served to the table. A coffee machine was also available for making cappuccino and the like. Unfortunately, in the evenings we couldn’t eat at the restaurant, and the garden area was already closed in September, so we had no chance to order drinks there, which was a pity. The safe in the room wouldn’t open even after we asked twice, and the bathroom door squeaked terribly; a quick fix with WD‑40 spray would have solved it, but nothing was repaired.

The location was great, quiet, and clean. There was no restaurant open all day, and it was a hassle having to ask reception to open the gate for our car every time we left or returned.
