We stayed because of an event, the location was near the mall and the event venue, and the breakfast had enough variety. The room comfort was lacking, and the shower pressure was low.

HARRIS Hotel has the infrastructure and physical resources to run as a top‑tier property, but poor management, lack of staff supervision, and highly inconsistent service let it down. The only real selling point was its direct connection to Festival Citylink Mall. The rooms felt small and soundproofing was practically non‑existent; gypsum board walls let you hear neighboring rooms clearly. Basic booking details were ignored: we booked for three guests but received only two pillows, one pair of sandals, and no bathrobes. Plumbing was frustrating throughout the stay; both the bathroom sink and shower drained very slowly, causing water to pool during and after use. Breakfast was underwhelming: the coffee machine was broken on the first morning, food options and quantities were limited, and the fruit selection was stingy—just three pieces (one slice of guava, one piece of melon, one piece of watermelon) for a tropical hotel. Housekeeping did not follow any standard procedures; towels and tissues were replaced on some days and forgotten on others, and bed sheets were never changed during the 6‑night stay unless we explicitly asked.

“Friendly Hotel”

The hotel is right next to the mall and the front office staff, especially Pak Eddy, were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, parking was spacious, and breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. The only downside was that the location was a bit far from the city center.
