The reservation ended up costing more than the original quote, which was disappointing. I never got clear information about the extra fees when I booked, and when we arrived the hotel was empty with no staff in sight.

The hotel sits in a very central part of the city and the staff were friendly, so checking in was easy. However, for the price I paid there wasn’t even a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and the room felt pretty cramped. I waited about half an hour after arriving for someone at the front desk, but the lobby was dark and empty, and I couldn’t tell if the coffee maker was working.
