The staff were not only friendly but genuinely eager to help and find solutions, which was much appreciated. They especially helped locate a restaurant open on Sunday and secured an extra room for us at the last minute. No complaints.

Good location, helpful staff, clean room, but there is no parking.

I was in a great spot, the room felt cozy and comfy, and the area is full of terraces and restaurants.

The location is excellent, the staff are welcoming, the room is functional and very clean. However, there's a missing socket in the room and nothing to put your stuff in the bathroom, which would make it perfect.

The hotel is clean, but the parking is advertised while only 4 or 5 spots exist, and the entrance is extremely narrow (hard to fit a normal car). It gets extremely noisy from 5 am until late at night because the tram stops right in front, ringing when it arrives and again when it starts up.
