The hotel is very well restored, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very professional and courteous. We dined on site and the food was tasty. It gets a bit noisy at night from the side of “Tsarigradsko Shosse,” but that’s not the hotel’s fault—police simply don’t enforce the noise regulations on the boulevard.

Breakfast is really nice and the rooms are good, but keep in mind not all rooms have a fridge and I wasn’t asked at reception whether I needed one. I was moved to another room quickly when I asked, but that felt rushed and I’d prefer to be asked about a fridge during check‑in. The hotel is close to the airport, but if you want to go to the city centre I’d pick a different place, since this one sits between two metro stations and it takes about 15‑18 minutes to walk to them. Even with a “do not disturb” sign, cleaners still entered my room. When I put the sign up, I expected no one to come in. On one of those days I lost part of an earring in the room. If they hadn’t cleaned the room as I had indicated, I might have found it. At reception they said they don’t sweep the floor unless asked, but I’m almost sure the earring was on the floor towel in the bathroom and they changed it. I would really appreciate if my preferences were respected, but they were not.
