“Disappointing, if we weren't tired, we would have gone elsewhere.”

They tried to put us on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was out (not just temporarily), and at our age we couldn’t carry luggage up the stairs. They moved us to the ground floor, but the key wouldn’t work, so we had to get another key to get in. The room was old and not pleasant; the door looked like it had been broken into before. The lights by the bed didn’t work, there were no cups for drinks, and no soap. I will never stay there again!

“I would never stay there and recommend no one else do.”

The property isn’t likable. Its location is in an unsafe area with people walking and hanging around. It’s old and outdated; we had to walk up the stairs because the elevator was broken. The beds were broken and I had a machine sitting in the breeze. Our room was okay, but there was a nasty brown stain on the white comforter and one pillowcase. They advertised breakfast 🤣—just a waffle, no syrup, no meat of any kind. They had an off‑brand stale fruit‑loop cereal. The juice was 85% water from a dispenser.

“Unsafe and dirty”

The room was awful and dirty, the TV was smashed and broken, the elevator was broken, and the stairs were rotted out and soft to walk on.

Clean and close to I‑75, staff was friendly, and the price was good. Breakfast was very minimal—no milk, no fruit. The ice machine didn’t work correctly; it only gave a cup at a time. Junk needed replacing.

Easy to access and quiet, but there was construction.
