The house is modern, comfortable, and set in a quiet forest setting not far from a lake, making it an excellent base for day trips by car in various directions. There’s a nice play area for the little ones and a sauna, though the cooling pond had stagnant water and didn’t look very inviting. The manager was absolutely wonderful and helpful, doing her best to accommodate us in every way. Thank you so much for the care! However, many aspects feel unfinished or poorly thought out: the large west-facing glass wall has no blinds, so when the sun hits it hard it turns into a sauna (air conditioning would solve this). Contrary to the listing, the house has only one bedroom, not two. The Wi‑Fi, supplied by neighboring houses, is practically unusable due to a very weak signal. Kitchen equipment is below average, and the kitchenette lacks practical lighting. There is no storage space at all. The cleaner should raise her standards – for example, the mess on top of the fridge almost made us feel sick. Construction materials scattered around give the impression that building work is still ongoing. And to our misfortune, the bin was full and, more importantly, smelly upon our arrival (this was quickly resolved), and the evening before our departure the water stopped running due to a pump failure. The beach icon is misleading – the nearest swimming spot is a fairly long walk over a hill. The house has great potential, but there is still a lot of work needed on furnishings and modern infrastructure (blinds, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi).

The location is great, the apartment is very beautiful, and the outdoor area is wonderful. It was too crowded for a family of five and not well maintained.

The location, space, quiet, wood, nature, and Nespresso are great. The freezer lacked ice, and there were no storage spaces for clothes.
