The breakfast was superb and actually the best we had in Japan, and the location was excellent with friendly staff. However, the room we were given needed refurbishing, was very outdated, small, dingy, and not worth the price we paid.

The shower broke, but the response was swift; still, I think the problem could have been avoided if housekeeping had checked the shower beforehand.

The place offered a luxurious feel unlike a typical business hotel and the staff were courteous, but during check‑in I overheard a staff member loudly argue on the phone next to the front desk, saying “You’re saying it wasn’t cleaned? That can’t be true,” which struck me as an unnecessarily harsh tone that other guests could hear.

Breakfast is good compared with price. Fitness centre is a little poor condition and oprning time is a bit late in the morning
