No decent heating no tv facilitys not up to scratch very disapointed to cold for older people thats why we left 1 hour after booking in

The staff were grateful. The meal was really good. The room was tidy and clean. Aroung 0830pm Kids were allowed to play on the stair well. There was an adult also egging them on. They were extremely noisy for a few hours. The room did not have anywhere to charge a mobile phone. There were sockets which already had elecltricals in them. There being only one bathroom, the shower took ages to heat and when partly used by one went cold. The hot water had to travel from the back of the hotel. The hotel is old so doors stuck and we're noisy when opening and closing

The pub downstairs had amazing food, the staff were friendly, and it’s close to cafes, shops and the station, but the bathroom facilities were shared.

The restaurant was good, but the rooms needed lamps and a chair in the bathroom.
