The apartment was in a great spot for walking around the city and just steps from the shuttle bus stop to the airport; the room was cozy and tidy, and the staff were helpful and met our needs.

The location was great, the room was spotless, it had everything you need, and the host was great.

The location was excellent, the room was clean even though it was tiny, the host was friendly and helpful, but there were noises from the bathroom and outside even with the windows closed.

The spot is unbeatable, just 20 m from the main street, and the staff were very attentive; the standard room was comfortable with a big bed. The only downside was that payment was only accepted in cash, no card, and the shower had low water pressure.

The location was fine, but during the day, while we were away, a cleaner or the owner came into our room, never changed the dirty towels, and after four days we still hadn’t received new ones—completely unacceptable. She also told us to leave the tax money on a table, then entered the room without our knowledge, violating our privacy. In Palermo it’s scorching hot, so expect the AC to run all night, making it hard to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. If you leave for a shop and return to a cooled room, the cleaner will turn the AC off again.
