The reception was enthusiastic, and because there were few guests the check‑in was early, but the dining staff were not friendly; if there were no self‑serve options they had to be clever in answering guests, but they didn’t finish their responses, only saying “phở” when asked what was available, even though there were also egg bread; overall the dining staff’s approach needs review.

The hotel is well‑located in Sapa with excellent welcome, and the breakfast is good and plentiful.
