The location is really amazing—easy to reach all parts of the island and close to some nice cafés. The shower was great, all the facilities were excellent, and I loved the terrace area. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall the cleanliness was great.

It was nice to use the atmospheric terrace in the evening. A big plus was the air‑conditioning. The kitchen was equipped, with an iron and a dryer available—another plus. It’s a great departure point. However, despite the well‑equipped kitchen, we didn’t want to use it because of the presence of roaming roaches. I would suggest better labeling or more detailed instructions for the waste bins—specifying which bin to use. The lack of green bags for plastics caused residents to throw bottles wherever there was free space.

The location and the terrace are great. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and got very hot. The refrigerator’s capacity might hit its limits when the rooms are fully occupied and the kitchen is in use.

The spot’s location is fantastic, the bed was cozy, and the linens were fresh when we arrived. However, staying a week meant no housekeeping at all—neither the bathroom nor the bedroom got cleaned. In shared apartments we’re used to a clean-up every three days or so, but that never happened here. The shower suffered from low pressure because the head was leaking from the top; a new head would fix it. The sink only had hot water, no cold tap. The waste system was confusing: daily texts told us which bag to put out or face a fine, yet the kitchen is shared with three other flats, so it’s unfair to blame us for others’ trash. The AC is noisy and apparently overdue for maintenance. The host took a €100 deposit and, even a week after checkout, it hasn’t been returned. We were given a single bath towel for the entire seven‑day stay per person, and it would have been better to change them every two or three days.
